Kate is co-founder and Operations Director for Change Oasis. She ensures that the business runs smoothly and effectively, utilising her world-class organisational skills and empathetic approach to ensure clients receive the support they need. She manages finance, marketing and operations.

Kate’s previous career included work in real estate consulting and media, providing support to leaders and teams to enable them to perform at a high level.

When she’s not organising things at Change Oasis, she is often providing emotional support to friends and family. She is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider.
