Prior to her career as an independent OD specialist and coach, Cara previously led the OD, Culture, Learning and Talent function for M&G Investments, a leading international Asset Management firm.
Cara majored in Economics and Finance during her first degree and holds an MSc in People & Organisation Development plus a Post Graduate degree in Economics. She gained her Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) and has trained as an Organisation Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC) with CRR Global. She is a Virtual Facilitator and a qualified practitioner in various psychometric and insight tools.
